First Thursday automatically flags any enquiry that hasn’t received a recorded response. But you can also manually flag or unflag enquiries to help you stay on top of follow-ups, pending actions, or reminders.

❗ When an enquiry is flagged by default

Enquiries will automatically show a red exclamation mark in both the Pipeline and Enquiries tab if:

  • No message has been sent via the email composer

  • The enquiry hasn’t been marked as contacted

This helps you quickly see which leads still need action.

✅ How to remove the flag

To clear the red flag:

  • Reply using the email composer inside First Thursday

  • Or click the Contacts button on the individual enquiry and mark it as contacted

🖐 When to manually flag an enquiry

Sometimes, you may want to manually turn the flag on, even if a contact has been recorded. This is useful when:

  • You want to remind yourself to follow up again later

  • You’re waiting for a frame quote or input from a third party

  • There’s a pending task before you can proceed

⚙️ How to manually flag or unflag an enquiry

  1. Open the relevant enquiry

  2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner

  3. Scroll down and select Flag

    • This will override the current status and turn the flag red, even if the enquiry was previously marked green

To remove a manual flag:

  1. Return to the same enquiry

  2. Click the three dots

  3. Select Unflag
