Importing your inventory from Artlogic into First Thursday takes just a few steps. All you need is a Private View link.
🧭 Step-by-step guide
In your Artlogic account, create a Private View containing all the artworks you want to import
Open First Thursday
On the home screen, click Start Upload (top right)
In the upload window:
Set Inventory Type to:
InventorySet Inventory Format to:
Private ViewPaste in your Private View link
Click Submit
📬 What happens next
You’ll receive an email confirmation that your upload request was received
During business hours, uploads are usually reviewed and processed within one hour
You’ll receive another email once the import is complete
After that, your artworks will appear in the Artists and Artworks section of the app
