Summarising contact information

Quickly generate a clear overview of a contact’s key details in First Thursday.

🧭 Step-by-step guide

  1. Open Contacts in First Thursday

  2. Select the contact you want to summarise

  3. At the top of the profile, next to the Edit and Delete icons, click the three-dot menu

  4. Select Summarise

  5. Wait a few seconds while the system generates the summary


Best use case
Summaries are especially useful when:

  • You want a snapshot of a collector’s biography and professional background

  • You need a quick reminder of when and where you first met a contact, and who from your team was present

  • You’re preparing for a follow-up and want to see their past enquiries at a glance
