🧭 Step-by-step guide
Open the Contact Profile of the relevant person
Click the Activity tab to view their recorded history
Press Add
Enter the details of your recent interaction (e.g. visit to your gallery, meeting at an art fair, follow-up conversation)
Click Submit to save the interaction
🔍 Where to find interactions
All recorded interactions are stored under the Activity tab in the contact’s profile
You can review the complete history of that contact at any time
