Creating and following tasks

Stay on top of your sales workflow in First Thursday by creating and managing tasks linked to your contacts.

🧭 Step-by-step guide

  • Create a follow-up task when adding a new contact

    • When you add a contact, select the option to create a follow-up task

    • This will set a reminder to reach out to the contact in 5 working days


  • Create a task from a contact profile

    • Open the Contact Profile

    • Click the Tasks tab

    • Create a new task by setting:

      • Task name

      • Due date

      • Task owner


  • Create and manage tasks from the main Tasks tab

    • Go to the Tasks tab on the home page of First Thursday

    • View all tasks by status: upcoming, overdue, or completed

    • Add a new task by selecting the contact, entering a description, and setting the due date

    • Mark tasks as complete once they’re done
